Hosting an Event

What We Do:

  • Provide the stock (clothing, housewares, diapers, strollers etc etc)
  • Provide some volunteers for sorting and event day
  • Provide clean up and teardown afterword
  • Marketing & Advertising of the event in the Community.

What We Need:

  • A clean dry under cover area to setup in
  • Tables to sort the donations on (minimum of 8-9 tables)
  • A central easy to find location

Churches will find it to be a great outreach program, and some even like to provide hot dogs or warm coffee to their guests, while others love to just provide the venue as a community service and only supply the venue.
